By creating an account or using My Game Tracker, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

My Game Tracker provides tools to:

• Track and organize your physical and digital game collection
• View estimated market values for your games
• Discover new and upcoming games
• Write and read game reviews
• Connect and interact with other game collectors

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@my-gametracker.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to My Game Tracker, including reviews, posts, and collection data. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or defamatory
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Is spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. Game Pricing Information

Price estimates displayed in My Game Tracker are sourced from third-party services including PriceCharting and CheapShark. These prices are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect current market conditions. My Game Tracker makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy or completeness of pricing information. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on prices shown in the app.

6. Intellectual Property

Game titles, covers, logos, and related artwork displayed in My Game Tracker are the property of their respective owners. My Game Tracker does not claim ownership of any game-related intellectual property. Game data is sourced from publicly available APIs including IGDB and RAWG.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use My Game Tracker to:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service automatically
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Impersonate other users or create fake accounts
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

8. Disclaimers

My Game Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Collection value estimates are approximations and should not be relied upon for insurance, tax, or financial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Game Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or loss of profits.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your collection data and personal information will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
